From our blue-collar and military roots, we have come across people from all walks of life. While most of them are well-intentioned, one pattern we have noticed with many of them is a lack of thinking for themselves to avoid going against the grain. They jump on the majority of "bandwagons" that come along for no other reason than to fit in with their social circles, or perhaps because they think it will somehow make people believe they are better people.
